Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bgodpn.com with photos of the damage. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

• Seasonal and holiday prop items
• Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
• Items that have been used or are not in original packaging

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
